Final Judgment was awarded on January 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-016421, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY F/K/A BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR AAMES MORTGAGE TRUST 2002-1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2002-1 is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF FRANCISCO DOMINGUEZ, SR., DECEASED; ARTHUR FRANK DOMINGUEZ; LORIE TERESA CRAIG; LISA ESTELLE HYDE ALICIA LISA E. HYDE; LINDA J. PLYMALE A/K/A LINDA LOPEZ PLYMALE A/K/A LINDA L. PLYMALE; FRANK DOMINGUEZ, JR. A/K/A FRANK DOMINGUEZ A/K/A FRANK J. LOT 20, BLOCK 2, BOUTON AND SKINNER'S ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
