NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 16, 2015 entered in Case No. 13-CA-004651 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Brenda Campbell; David Campbell; Copper Ridge/Brandon Homeowners' Association, Inc.; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 6th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK B, OF COPPER RIDGE - TRACT B3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
