NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-009179 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-17 is Plaintiff and EDDIE YOUNG A/K/A EDDIE V. YOUNG, CARMIC MANUFACTURING CO., INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SPRING LOCK SCAFFOLDING, INC., GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FKA MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ELIZABETH MYERSN/K/A ELIZABETH MYERS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDDIE YOUNG A/K/A EDDIE V. YOUNG, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A portion of Lot 52 of W. E. HAMNER`S WONDERLAND ACRES SUBDIVSION, as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 82 of the Public Records of Hillsorough County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows: For a point of reference commence at the Southwest corner of Lot 53 of said W. E. HAMNER`S WONDERLAND ACRES, run thence Eastwardly 203.5 feet along the South line of said Lots 53 and 52 for a point of beginning; Continue thence Eastwardly 73.5 feet along the South line of Lot 52, thence Northwardly 130.0 feet along a line 277.0 feet East of and parallel to the West line of said Lot 53; thence Westwardly 73.5 feet along a line 130 feet North of and parallel to the South line of said Lot 52; thence Southwardly 130 feet along a line 203.5 feet East of and parallel to the West line of said Lot 53 to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
