NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 22, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-004805 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and MANUEL FERNANDEZ, DANIEL FERNANDEZ, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF VIOLET FERNANDEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL FERNANDEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MANUEL FERNANDEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA , LETITIA B. The East 30 feet of Lot 13 and the West 45 feet of Lot 14, in Block 20, NORTH RIVERSIDE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, on page 134, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
