NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 25, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-006742 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC. is Plaintiff and MARY LU MILLER A/K/A MARY L. MILLER A/K/A MARY LUCILLE MILLER , LAKE ST. CHARLES MASTER ASSOCIATION INC , AMSOUTH BANK, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., FIRST SELECT CORPORATION, MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, OLIPHANT FINANCIAL, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA/COMPUCREDIT , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY LU MILLER A/K/A MARY L. MILLER A/K/A MARY LUCILLE MILLER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 2, LAKE ST. CHARLES, UNIT 1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 9, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
