NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 22, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-015676 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEETO BANK OF AMERICA N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AHL1 is Plaintiff and LUISA RODRIGUEZ, MIDLAND FUNDING LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CITIBANK/EXXON MOBIL CONSUMER, HERMES RODRIGUEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERMES RODRIGUEZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
