NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-CA-002412 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR REGISTER HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LAON TRUST 2005-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2, Plaintiff, and, LLANO, JEFFERY, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of March, 2015, the following described property:
THE WEST 30.5 FEET OF LOT 2 AND THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 4, COLLEGE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
