NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-CA-008269 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the registered holders of MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2007-WMC1Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and Vannesa Coral a/k/a Vanesa Coral; Gregorio Tutiven; Unknown Spouse of Vannesa Coral a/k/a Vanesa Coral; Unknown Spouse of Gregorio Tutiven; MERS, Inc., as Nominee for WMC Mortgage Corp; Church Arbor Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; All other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under and Against a Named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether same unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 11th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-2, BUILDING B, CHURCH ARBOR, A CONDOMINIUM DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5104, PAGE 1794, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
