NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-006236, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CHINKI PAK; BP1 FACILITIES ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOR GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; SC2 FACILITIES ASSOCIATION, INC. ; YUN H. PAK A/K/A YUN HWA PAK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 9th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 32, HERITAGE HARBOR-PHASE 3C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
