NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-CA-001740-DIV N, Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF5 is the Plaintiff, and RONALD M. DISMUKE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD M. DISMUKE; are the Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of April, 2015, the following described Real Property, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure as follows:
Beginning 8 feet South and 22 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 1, GOODE'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 58, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, thence run West 165 feet for Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning, run thence West 135 feet, thence South 257.4 feet, thence East 135 feet, thence North to the Point of Beginning. Lying in Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 19 East.
LESS that part lying North of the following described line to wit:
Being at a point 350.755 meters right of Station 187+94.551 Base Line Survey “B” as depicted on Florida Department of Transportation Right of Way Map State Road 400 Work Program Items/Segment: 458402 1 (Old Job 10190-2451), said point being on a curve to the right having a radius of 236.620 meters (776.31 feet), a central angle 13deg43'40", a chord bearing of North 81deg26'26" E, and a chord length of 56.557 meters (185.55 feet); thence along the arc of said curve, an arc length of 56.693 meters (186.00 feet) to the end of said line at a point 380.915 meters right of Station 188+42.395 Base Line Survey “B” as depicted on the aforementioned Right of Way Map of State Road 400.
