NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-CA-008062 Division N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Ronald B. Robichaux Jr.; Unknown Spouse of Ronald B. Robichaux, Jr.; Toscana II at Renaissance Condominium Association, Inc.; Sun City Center Community Association, Inc.; Renaissance Maintenance Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s); Clublink US Corporation dba Club Renaissance are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 12th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 5, TOSCANA II AT RENAISSANCE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 238, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 49; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14852, PAGE 1853; AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
