NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29 October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-000958 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-Z, is the Plaintiff and Christine N. Zettel, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Jack F. Newkirk, Christine Newkirk Zettel a/k/a Christine N. Zettel, as an Heir of the Estate of Jack F. Newkirk, Culbreath Key Bayside Condominium Association, Inc., Janel N. Hutchinson a/k/a Janel Newkirk Hutchinson, as an Heir of the Estate of Jack F. Newkirk, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Jack F. Newkirk, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 8-318, CULBREATH KEY BAYSIDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14118, PAGE(S) 1940, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOM INIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
