NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29 October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-000958 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-Z, is the Plaintiff and Christine N. Zettel, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Jack F. Newkirk, Christine Newkirk Zettel a/k/a Christine N. Zettel, as an Heir of the Estate of Jack F. Newkirk, Culbreath Key Bayside Condominium Association, Inc., Janel N. Hutchinson a/k/a Janel Newkirk Hutchinson, as an Heir of the Estate of Jack F. Newkirk, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Jack F.
