NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2015, and entered in 09-CA-002978 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-10 is the Plaintiff and BLESSING AKPOFURE; CARL J. LATIMORE A/K/A C. J. LATIMORE; PANTHER TRACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATIONS, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR THE CROSSFIRE FINANCIAL NETWORK INC ; JOHN DOE N/K/A DOUGLAS WARD; ABL GROUP PROPERTY LLC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 19, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 26, OF PANTHER TRACE PHASE 1B/1C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
