NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-2269-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSN. INC. is Plaintiff, and LESLIE M. REED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LESLIE M. REED; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of March, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 428, of THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, together with the appurtenant undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements thereof according to the Declaration of Condominium dated May 25, 2004 recorded in Official Records Book 13636, Page 969, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and Plat Book 132 page 56.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
