NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 09-018415-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and CHARLOTTE WALET, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 13, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF LOT ONE (1) AND THE NORTH FORTY (40) FEET OF LOT TWO (2), BLOCK ā€œDā€, OF BELLEAIR ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE NORTH FORTY (40) FEET OF SAID LOT TWO (2) BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE MOST WESTERLY POINT IN THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 1 AND 2 BORDERING GOLF VIEW DRIVE FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, AND FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING THUS ESTABLISHED, RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2 BORDERING GOLF VIEW DRIVE, A DISTANCE OF 40 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 1 AND 2 A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2; RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, A DISTANCE OF 40 FEET TO THE MOST EASTERLY POINT IN THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS AND 2; RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS 1 AND 2 TO THE ESTABLISHED POINT OF BEGINNING.
