NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-8432-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAHIA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 3 OF ST. PETE is Plaintiff, and DIANA M. SMILES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA M. SMILES; REGIONS BANK; JASON E. HILEMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of March, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 107, Building O, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of BAHIA SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 1 to 8 inclusive; amended in Condominium Plat Book 80, pages 119 to 122, inclusive; Condominium Plat Book 83, pages 1, 2 and 3 and Condominium Plat Book 86, Pages 60 to 69, inclusive; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5895, page 607; Official Record Book 5945, page 302; Official Record Book 6053, page 1601; Official Record Book 6430, page 1889; Official Record Book 7308, page 1123 and Official Record Book 8270, page 1331, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
