NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 12th day of March 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT PART OF THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 14, IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST AS SHOWN BY PLAT OF PINELLAS GROVES, INC., RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SAID SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH RANGE 15 EAST WITH THE EXTENDED EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 14, RUN NORTH 88 DEGREES 57' 14” WEST, 126.29 FEET ALONG THE 40 ACRE LINE FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 57' 14” WEST, 126.29 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 19' 12” EAST, 334.63 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTH ½ OF SAID LOT 14; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 57' 48” EAST ALONG SAID BOUNDARY LINE 126.32 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 19' 30” WEST, 334.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
