NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-007418, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MAUREEN MCKENZIE A/K/A M. MCKENZIE; MAUREEN MCKENZIE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 5901 63RD STREET NORTH LAND TRUST, UNDER THE CERTAIN LAND TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 23RD DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2010; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 5901 63RD STREET NORTH LAND TRUST, UNDER THE CERTAIN LAND TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 23RD DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2010; PAULA REES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE 5901 63RD STREET NORTH LAND TRUST; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, THREE LAKES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
