YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit No. 502, Building 5, Phase XVIII, of Gleneagles I, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 55, Pages 57 through 78, inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 67, Pages 96 through 105, inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5272, Pages 499 through 587, inclusive, amended in O.R. Book 5290, Page 1809, O.R. Book 5498, Page 359, O.R. Book 5636, Page 195, O.R. Book 5668, Page 1670, O.R. Book 5679, Page 766, O.R. Book 6547, Page 1757, and O.R. Book 6688, Page 2012 and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 502 Lennox Road West, Palm Harbor, FL 34683
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Butler & Hosch, P.A., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before 3-23-15, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
