NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-002044-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HIDDEN OAKS PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JAMES R. STRANDLOF and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of March, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Hidden Oaks Place, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 119, Pages 22 and 23, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 14858 Hidden Oaks Circle, Largo, FL 33764
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
