That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. M-24, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of COUNTRYBROOK CONDOMINIUM V, as recorded in O.R. Book 5593, Pages 1055 through 1106, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 70, Pages 91 through 97, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 20, 2015.
