You are notified that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, HOME OWNERS OF PALM HILL, INC., a Florida corporation, seeking to terminate the occupancy and possessory rights of the defendants and to foreclose its lien against the following real and personal property:
Lot 62, Block 003, PALM HILL MOBILE HOME PARK (unrecorded) according to the Master Form Exclusive Right of Possession Agreement recorded in O. R. Book 6384, Page 1015, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all exhibits and amendments thereto.
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 2124 issued by the Cooperative to PETER A. MILLINGTON and MARY I. MILLINGTON and MITCHELL R. MILLINGTON, Jt Wros., evidencing their percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”).
The street address of the Property is 62 Thatch Palm W., Largo, Florida 33770, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 03/30/15/65684/003/0620.
And a 1972 SUNC Double Wide Mobile Home, having Vehicle Identification Numbers 7262B and 7262A, and Title Numbers 0005192213 and 0005192212.
You are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to David S. Bernstein, Esq., [email protected], and/or Andrew J. McBride, Esq., [email protected], Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
