TO: ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT WHO ARE UNKNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN ARE PERSONS, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST WILLIAM E. HARTT, DECEASED.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure and reestablishment of a lost mortgage and promissory note on the following property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lots 11, 12, 13 AND 14, Laura's Little Farms, ACCORDING TO the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 7, Public Records Of Pinellas County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Plaintiff's Attorney, Jacqueline F. Kuyk, Esquire, whose address is 28100 U.S. Hwy 19 North, Suite 104, Clearwater, Florida 33761, within 30 days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
