LOT 17, IN BLOCK 41, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 6.25 FEET OF THE WEST 88.00 FEET AND THE NORTH 2.0 FEET OF THE EAST 62.00 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 41, REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
