NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-000029 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and AARON MERCK, ANGELA Y MERCK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL THE CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
LOT 10, LESS THE SOUTH 33 FEET THEREOF, ALL OF LOT 11, AND THE SOUTHERLY 12 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK 5, HANNA PARK ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
