NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-009675-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEETO BANK OF AMERICA N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AHL1 is Plaintiff and UNITED ASSOCIATIONS TOWN APARTMENTS NORTH, INC., CASTLE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION, INC., CASTLERC HOLDINGS, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT 1, TOWN APARTMENTS, INC, NO. 14, A CONDOMINIUM, DONALD R. NICKERSON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF IVY UNIT 28, TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 14, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2679, PAGE 505, AS AMENDED, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 28 AND 29, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
