NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015 and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-009718 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff and TERESE A. POWERS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERESE POWERS, JOHN DOE, n/k/a SAM PITCHFORD, FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M on APRIL 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 5 and 6 and 1/2 of vacated alley on the West and 1/2 of vacated alley North of Lot 5, Block 46A, MANDALAY SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 32 through 35, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
which currently has the address of 914 Lantana Avenue, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767 (“Property Address”):
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
