NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 04, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-003900-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVUDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3, is Plaintiff and Paul R. Smith, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK “L'', CAPRI ISLE BLOCKS L-M-N-O, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 6 AND 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 11670 5th St E, Treasure Island, FL 33706
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
