YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 22, Building 27 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in acccordance with, and subject to the convenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWENTY-THREE, as recorded in O.R. Book 3908, Page 75, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Page 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2466 Ecuadorian Way, #22, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Gerald R. Colen, Esq, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7243 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
