Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 206 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant, thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of GATEWAY SQUARE APARTMENTS NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 3137, pages 118 through 153, inclusive and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 41 through 43, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on April 8, 2015, conducted electronically online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE PER SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
