NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9, 2014, entered in Case No. 14-004720-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the CertificateHolders CWMBS, Inc. CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2005-HYB8 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HYB8 is the Plaintiff and Belle Harbor Owner's Association, Inc.; Michael P. Ferro are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1103, OF BELLE HARBOR PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 133, PAGES 11 TO 36 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13739, AT PAGES 242 TO 350, ALL ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
