Final Judgment was awarded on November 12, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-002415-XX-CICI, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE4, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and MARCY M. HAWK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCY M HAWK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA SHIRLEY RAMIREZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR DB HOME; TOWNHOMES OF GOUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 261, TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ,ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6334, PAGE 204, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 80, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, ELEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6334, PAGE 204, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 80, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
