Per a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 15, 2015 by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, in the case of Landmark Financial Solutions, LLC v. Anthony Jerome Jones et al, Case No. 8:14-cv-01463-JSM-AEP, Mediation, Inc., and/or Attorney James Chaplin, Special Master, will sell the Property described in the Final Judgment, at public sale at the Pinellas County Courthouse/St. Petersburg Judicial Building 545 1st Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, Florida on Monday, March 16 2015 between 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., at the front entrance of the above Pinellas Courthouse. Per the Final Judgment, to which reference is made for the terms of sale, Plaintiff holds a first priority mortgage lien and security interest for $133,609.95 against the Property legally described as:
Lot 7, Block E, Victory Heights, According to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 84 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any third party successful bidder shall be required at the time of the sale to deposit with the Special Master five percent (5%) of the successful bid amount by certified check made payable to the Special Master or by cash deposit. Before being permitted to bid at the sale, all third party bidders shall present proof to the Special Master that they are able to comply with this requirement and otherwise shall not be allowed to bid.
The balance of the purchase price of the Property shall be tendered by the successful bidder in the form of a certified check payable to the Special Master within one (1) day following the sale. If the successful bidder fails to fulfill this requirement, the deposit shall be forfeited and applied to the expenses of the sale with the balance to Plaintiff and the Property shall be re-offered for sale in accordance with the above provisions.
If a third party bidder is the purchaser, the third party bidder must pay the documentary stamp tax attached to the Certificate of Title in addition to the bid. Upon full compliance with the terms of the sale, the Special Master shall file a report of the sale with the Clerk of the Court, which is subject to confirmation by the Court.
Upon confirmation of the sale by the Court, the Special Master shall convey to the purchaser a Certificate of Title, which shall be recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Upon recording the Certificate of Title, the sale proceeds shall be distributed, so far as they are sufficient by paying: first, all of Plaintiff's costs; second, documentary stamps affixed to the Certificate of Title, unless the Property is purchased by a third party bidder; third, the total sum due to Plaintiff as is set forth in this Judgment, less the items paid, plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from the date of this Judgment to the date of sale; and by retaining any remaining amount pending the further Order of this Court.
Upon recoding of the Certificate of Title, Defendants and all persons claiming by, through, under or against the Defendants since the filing of the Notice of Lis Pendens shall be forever barred and foreclosed of all estate or claim in the Property and the purchaser at the sale shall be let into possession of the Property. The sale of the Property is made pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 2001, et seq., without the right of redemption. The Court retains jurisdiction for one year to enter orders that are proper, including orders of possession, distribution, attorney's fees and deficiency judgments against Anthony Jerome Jones and Lynda Kemp Jones.
