NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-009779-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AMC1, is the Plaintiff and Dale L. Toler is the defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 17 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
