NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014 in Case No.: 13-004244-CI of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JOHN OLDJA CONSTRUCTION, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation; JOHN D. OLDJA; individually, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of March, 2015, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 65 FEET OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 6, REPLAT OF PINE CITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 74, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTERST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
