Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 13, 2015, and entered in the civil case number 09-CA-183-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Court in and for Orange County, Florida wherein Fersom Mortgage, Inc., is Plaintiff and SILVESTRE PLASENCIA AND LOURDES PLASENCIA are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the April 16, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
