NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-2012-4469 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Mark A. Revak, Zoila M. Revak and Ibis Cove Homeowners Association are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 16, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real and personal property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
LOT 118, BLOCK A, IBIS COVE, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
which has an address of: 8207 IBIS COVE CIRCLE, NAPLES, FL 34119-7722
The judicial sale will be conducted at the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112.
