NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2015, of the County Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, in the above-styled case, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 16 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 604, Building 6, Phase 6, WEDGE WOOD I AT PELICAN STRAND, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2596, Page 1630, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and subsequent amendments thereto.
