NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 112012CA0021180001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JOHN W. WRIGHT A/K/A JOHN WILSON WRIGHT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit D-202, Anglers Cove, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 956, Page 189, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and all amendments thereto. Together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
