NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13 day of February 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002052 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Joseph Guerra and Stacey A. Guerra are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Third Floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter on the 16 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2914, BUILDING 29, TERRACE III AT CYPRESS TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3632, PAGE 3188 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 2720 CYPRESS TRACE CIRCLE, UNIT NO. 2914, NAPLES, FL 34119.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
