NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 19, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003514 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006-EMX6, Plaintiff and ROY SMITH AND SHERYL L. SMITH, et. al. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, , will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on March 19, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 107, IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE(S) 61 THROUGH 64 INCL., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
