NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-007113 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association Successor by Merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A. f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A., soley as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., GreenPoint Mortgage Funding Trust 2006-AR3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR3, Plaintiff and Roger Serio are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2302, BUILDING 23, THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2059, PAGE 6822, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
