NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 3, 2014 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Condominium Unit 203 in Building No. 7 in THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2057, at Page 3888 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on March 24, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
