Formerly described as: Lot B-40, along with the South 10.04' of Lot B-39, ROSEDALE HIGHLANDS, SUBPHASE B, A Resubdivision of a portion of Rosedale 4-B, Plat Book 31, Pages 26-51 & Rosedale 6-A, Plat book 29, Pages 39-42 in Sections 7 & 18, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 198 through 202, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it upon Kenneth A. Tomchin, TOMCHIN & ODOM, P.A., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 6816 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 400, Jacksonville, Florida 32216 on or before APRIL 7, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at the Manatee County Court House, 1115 Manatee Avenue W, Bradenton, FL 34205 either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
