NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 007675, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a Christiana Trust as Trustee of the American Mortgage Investment Partners Fund I Trust as substituted Plaintiff for Bank of America, NA whose address is 2999 Westminster Avenue, Suite 265, Seal Beach, California, 90740, is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF WILLIAM T. HOWERY; et al., are Defendant(s).
