NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on February 24, 2015 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 11, Block O, KINGSFIELD, PHASE V, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 27 through 33, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 24th day of March, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
