RANDA ESCAYG A/K/A SEQUALYA R. BREWSTER; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESOR BY MERGER WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on March 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 22, UNIT 6, THE SOUTH HALF OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 252, PAGE 441 AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
