NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-051627 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates, Series 2003-8, is the Plaintiff and JERONIMO VASQUEZ; JERONIMO VAZQUEZ, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JERONIMO VAZQUEZ, JR.; STATE OF FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, OF THE CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS PLAN OF RIVERSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
