Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-054636, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE-1 is the Plaintiff, and STEVEN D. TABARRINI; JEAN MCGRATH-TABARRINI; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A NONA TAYLOR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
