NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051198, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and VADIM MANAFOV; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VADIM MANAFOV; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; THE VILLAGE OF CEDARBEND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 26th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
